local politics gone wack-o

Seems the sleepy suburban town of Eagan, MN has a row going about whether to enact a City Charter or not.  Wished we could learn more about it, but for now, it seems, both parties are spending more time and resources hacking each other’s web site (www.eagancharter.org VS www.eagancharter.com).  Neither is available and virtually un-ping-able!
